1. Camper and Legends – Deposit Policy. Both the Camper and Legends
packages require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit at registration to hold your
spot on the roster. Balance due date is November 1, 2024. Invoices will be
emailed confirming when your balance is due. By registering, you acknowledge
that failing to pay your balance by the due date may result in you losing your place
on the roster. If you register after the balance due date, payment is due in full at
time of registration.

2. Camper and Legends – Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you cancel on or
before December 15, 2024, you will receive a full refund, minus the $1,000 non-
refundable deposit. Cancellations between December 16, 2024 and January 10,
2025 will receive a full refund, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a

3. Friends and Family – Deposit Policy. The Friends and Family package
requires a $250 deposit. Balance due date is November 1, 2024. Invoices will be
