Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  1. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY.
    All Field Trip packages require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit at registration. Balance due date is March 31, 2026. Notices will be emailed confirming your balance amount and due date. By registering, you acknowledge that if you fail to pay your balance by the due date Waveland Events is authorized to cancel your registration and refund your payments, minus your $1,000 non-refundable deposit. If you register after March 31, 2026, payment is due in full at time of registration.
  2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
    If you cancel on or before April 1, 2026, you will receive a full refund, minus your $1,000 non-refundable deposit and any credit card fees associated with your deposit. Cancellations received after April 1, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit and any credit card fees associated with your deposit, and a $750 late cancellation fee.
