Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- CAMPER AND LEGENDS PACKAGES – DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY.
Veteran Camper, Rookie Camper, and Legends packages require a NON-REFUNDABLE $1,000 deposit at registration to hold your spot on the roster. Balance due date is November 15, 2026. Notices will be emailed confirming your balance amount and due date. By registering, you acknowledge that if you fail to pay your balance by the due date Waveland Events is authorized to cancel your registration and refund your payments, minus your $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and previously charged credit card fees. If you register after November 15, 2026, payment is due in full at time of registration. - CAMPER AND LEGENDS PACKAGES – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
If you cancel on or before November 15, 2026, you will receive a full refund, minus your $1,000 non-refundable deposit and previously charged credit card fees. Cancellations received after November 15, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit, previously charged credit card fees, and an $800 late cancellation fee. To cancel, email kmarquardt@wavelandevents.com. - FRIENDS AND FAMILY ADD-ON – PAYMENT POLICY.
The Friends and Family Add-On requires payment in full at the time of registration. - FRIENDS AND FAMILY ADD-ON – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
If you cancel at any time up until December 15, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus any previously charged credit card fees. If you cancel after December 15, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus any previously charged credit card fees and a $250 late cancellation fee. To cancel, email kmarquardt@wavelandevents.com.
